EASA Integrated CPL with ME/IR

EASA Commercial Pilot License & Multi-Engine Instrument Rating

Entry Criteria

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age to commence training
  • Be fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Produce a criminal record check (CRC) basic disclosure certificate before training can commence
  • Be able to obtain an EASA Class 1 Medical certificate without restrictions


** For non-native English speakers, you will be required to present a certificate prior to training commencement demonstrating you have achieved International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or an equivalent of at Level 5.5 overall, with no less than 5.5 in any individual area (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking). This must be the Academic test, not General Training.   


Any non-native English speakers will need to undertake an assessment at a CAA approved ELP Testing Organisation (see CAA Standards Document No. 31) for a formal assessment of their English language Proficiency level prior to license issue.


Subject to meeting the basic criteria, applicants are invited to attend an assessment day at L3 Airline Resourcing & Selection Center – Dibden Manor, UK.


You will complete the same selection process as those applying to our Integrated programs; however, you are not required to meet our integrated standard in order to join the Full-Time CPL/MEIR route. You will be given a training recommendation based on your performance to enable you to make an informed decision on your next steps. This will detail any areas our selection Ttam feel you will need to focus on during training.
