The L3 Airline Academy in partnership with Royal Brunei Airline Pilot career program is an exciting opportunity for tomorrow's Airline Pilots to join Brunei's flag carrier - Royal Brunei .
This Airline Pilot career development program offers successful applicants a unique opportunity to complete full time, integrated basic and intermediate training at our United Kingdom and New Zealand Academies, before moving on to complete the A320 'Type Rating' training with Royal Brunei and 'flying the line' with Royal Brunei.
Every trainee pilot on the L3 Airline Academy in partnership with Royal Brunei Airline Pilot career program is expected to demonstrate and maintain a very high level of self-motivation and commitment to training.
This will normally be rewarded with the highest possible standards and results. Where results have not met expectations and examination re-takes are required, Royal Brunei will review the results and circumstances on a 'case by case' basis and decide if continuation will be permitted. This will have financial costs to both Royal Brunei and the trainee pilot. Details will be fully explained to successful trainees prior to their acceptance of the offer.
Throughout the program, each trainee pilot will be allocated monthly allowances in line with the Royal Brunei Cadet Pilot Program. This will supplement the fully sponsored meals and accommodation provided.
On successful completion of the Intermediate phase of training (and possession of his/her license), the trainee will be rewarded with 50% of the monthly salary of a Line First Officer.
On successful completion of the Line Training, the Pilot will operate as a Line First Officer and be paid 100% of the Line First Officer salary. All entitlements and attractive fringe benefits will be then made available.
