Our history is rooted in true collaboration with airlines across the globe that have grown to become iconic carriers and remain our Airline Partners today.

 

We are committed to maintaining and growing airline partnerships so that we are able to offer our graduates the highest-quality, airline-focused training and unrivaled career opportunities. In turn we have built a reputation as a trusted provider of the highest-caliber pilots in the industry.

Airline Partner Programs

We've been a pioneer in developing airline-focused training programs that ensure our graduates transition seamlessly into our airline partner flight operations.

 

We've been selected to deliver – often exclusively – unique training programs which take aspiring pilots with very little or no flight experience on a fast-track training program, tailored to meet our airline partner's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company culture. You'll be airline mentored and part of the team from day one.

Many of our Airline Partner routes are built on the values of enablement – opening the career of an airline pilot to encourage diversity and opportunity for the most able candidates. Many of our airline partner programs provide value-add enhancements such as conditional offers of employment and financial guarantees.

 

We've been supporting our Airline Partners – as well as spearheading our own campaigns – to provide greater opportunities to a wider audience overall, to broaden and diversify the pilot workforce, whether this be attracting a broad range of candidates of all backgrounds and genders into our industry or providing a path for aspiring pilots that is not predicated on socio-economic background.
